This hotel was ideal for a trip to Frankfurt for a recent concert. The room was spacious and clean. There were some internet issues that were resolved by a move of room.

Posted 14 Oct 2021 on HotelsPart of the hotel was under renovation due to a water pipe break,so at times it was a bit noisy. My room was facing the street and even at night it was fairly loud. Other than that the hotel is in a great location,right in the middle of the shopping area and there's plenty of restaurants nearby.

The good stuff: Room large and clean and nice. I liked the area around the hotel.
The bad stuff: Struggled to communicate with the front desk staff. With my German skills and on rare occasions some English I was fine at the 6 prior German hotels hotels on this trip. The shower stall drained so slowly I had to stop my shower 3/4 done. The breakfast buffet was on the low end of what German hotels offer. I got the impression there were almost no other guests staying.

Nice, clean hotel which was fine for one night. Staff helpful but a bit disorganised at check-in. Local area was very busy (and a little bit noisy) but plenty of restaurants nearby
