The room was filthy. The bed spread had stains on it. The fridge didn't work. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the toilet and in the bathtub. It was pretty gross. We was to tired to even make a fuss about it. I probably wont stay there ever again.

We paid wxtra to have a double room and to be in a handicapp room, and one for our pet sog, she is under 8lbs and well behaved. Instead we had to walk the stairs to the 2nd floor and were lectured for having a pet. There computer system was down so the guy wrote down everyone credit card info, which did not even hide anyone's credit card number, so your information could have easily been stolen. There was no apology, just a It us what it is attitude, like it was our fault. I had a fractured leg and nerve damage, my dad is a Veteran with fibromyalia, nerve damage to his hip thru his back and needs a hip surgery, so walking the stairs was a challenge. No help was offered and this guy had a NO CARE ATTITUDE!!!. we drove 15 hours from Twxas and this is what we had to deal with, we just wanted to sleep until we could get to out hotel in West Union, worst stay ever in our lives!!!
