This place has a lot of negative reviews, and I think that it's a little bit unfair. Maybe these people who made the reviews don't understand what they're getting when they book - or expect something a lot better for the peanuts that they pay.
Long story short - this is not the Ritz. It is simply a place for people to stop and sleep. The rooms consist of a bed, and a bathroom, and precious little else. If you just want to get some rest while travelling, then it is perfect. The hotel is 1 minute from the bus station, 5 minutes from the main train station and a short taxi ride to the airport, so for people on their travels it is perfect.
The hotel borrows from the Japanese concept of providing people with a place to sleep - a concept which is becoming more and more popular recently. That is exactly what I needed, and it provided that exactly to my preference.
My advice is, look at the pictures, the rooms really are that small. They also let you check the room out before anything is confirmed, so if you don't like it don't stay. Simple.
Here are my own personal downsides - the guys at reception struggled to find my bookings. Also their English level is very very low, practically zero, except for a couple of them, so brush up on your Russian/Ukrainian skills. The security guard guy doesn't have any people skills and is very reluctant to talk to you or treat you like a human. Finally, I had a very loud Ukrainian couple and their baby in the room next to mine.
