Posted 23 Jun 2024 on HotelsService at front desk was slow, lobby and elevator were dirty (floors sticky), luggage carts were falling apart, guests were mostly oil field workers who are not considerate of family’s staying at the hotel. Group of guests were at the pool loud, partying till 3am. Door jam on room door was broke and could not lock door properly. We left a day early!

My room flooded while I was at work. The whole 1st floor was water puddles and smelled like wet dog everywhere
