great location

We booked a two room suite for one night a day before travel. It was a great hotel and affordable price for our party of 5 people: excellent location, easy check in, clean room with all you might need, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again with the family in this hotel

Adequate and comfortable
Posted 17 Nov 2018 on HotelsI just ordered the basic room for the night before flying home. The room was adequate and comfortable. No phone but the receptionist knocked on my door to make sure I was up to get my early flight. Reception ordered my taxi for me the night before and told me how much the charge would be. I would stay again.

The main advantage of staying at Reno is its location. It is located in the center of Odessa and walking distance to many places. The price for the location is good.
Couples of downsides: The bathroom is small and hot water goes on and off during the bath. Also bathroom smells a little bit.
The other thing to be careful is to find someone speaks English. Although i could solve the problems somehow, it can be a problem for anyone. But Nadia the manager speaks fluent English.
I arrived on a Friday Night or Saturday morning around 3 AM and because of Halloween parties hotels main door was closed and i needed to call the hotel to help me with entering. Again it took a while to speak to someone in English. But again after 15 minutes everything was okay again.
But having these downsides are okay for Odessa with the price you are paying for. Therefore, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Reno, especially, if you want be in the center.
