I ordered the room with balcony, they gave me without, and I requested to charge without balcony. She told, the room is the same, therefore I will not.

Otel diye satin aldigim yer hostel cikti .Oda satin almama ragmen yer olmadigini soylediler.Muhatap bulamadim ve kalmadigim otel icin ucret odedim.Otel sahibi vePegasus ilgilenmedi Hotels firmasina ulasamadim.Rezalet.Sakin bu siteden yer almayin hem size hem paraniza yazik olmasin.
