There was supposed to be a sauna, a sun deck and a fitness room that were not offered to me.

5 day stay.

Check in was simple, staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice en-suite. I made a couple of requests, one of which was for tea and coffee making facilities, which the hotel was very quick to address. However, I did expect teabags and milk to accompany the kettle and cups.! (As we usually find in UK). Overall, a comfortable place to stay and ideally located too.

I liked the pleasant help and the morning breakfast buffet. I was disappointed that food is no longer served in the diniing room after breakfast. I missed the salmon and Ukrainian food I used to get in that room.
