A great location, sitting on the balcony drinking tea and just soaking in the sunshine was great. A couple of small issues were immediately taken care of by the staff.

You booked Standard Condo, Microwave with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Bed, also there is indicated Layout - Living room and dining area. We guess you was just inattentive. We have good internet, 1 houre there was repair work on line. And television set with Smart TV, I think there a lot of information how to use Smart TV.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is very cozy, clean and warm, big enough for 3 people and very beautiful. Location is also very nice, in 3 min walk to Arcadia promenade, a lot of cafe's and supermarkets in surrounding. We like this place very much and will surely come back! Thank you!
