after check-out, I have to leave my baggage in the hotel for a while to do my own business, the reception was very nice she let the security guiding me to the storage room.

People at the reception are very unprofessional in particular the reception manager, the one with curly hair, never smiling to the costumer never able to get A positive answer to a request seems like her hobby is to annoy the costumers Despite that there is one night receptionist which is very professional that speaks perfect english and some french which is absolutely amazing and helpful Housekeeping changes bedsheets only every 3 days, and charged me new bed sheets because I had some blood on my bed Also they leave bag trash all day long in the corridors and take 1 hour to change just 4 towels and not even changing the bed .. as an ex hotel worker I have never seen that i am still wondering what takes 2 ladies inside a room for just changing 4 towels? Had to have a talk with the hotel manager to talk about all the negative things about my stay, she was comprehensive but unfortunately my stay was already spoiled There are lots of strange people seating everyday in the lobby and in front of the hotel talking very loud in various middle east language. Overall very low standards hotel, very noisy Indeed, The location is good If you can get a room isolated your stay will be ok, Arcadia hotel definitely needs to improve many points Because with the years the weak points are getting worse. It was probably my last stay there as you can find a much better Quality place for The same price range.

The staff were always curtious and polite and friendly .most of the staff spoke English .it was nice and quiet even though it was peak season .

Covinet from tram 5 which can be picked up out side main station by Mc Donald’s A 10 ins wa K will but you at the main beach entertainment area

Nice hotel but air conditioning only worked in living room so could not sleep in my bedroom as it was too hot

we booked a room with a king bed, but were accommodated to twin bedded room, since there were no availability for king bedded room. they didn't offer an upgrade or to move us to the other room on the other night. there was no hot water in the shower in our room, and as they said, on Saturday at 4 pm no one can fix it! and didn't offer any alternatives! Hotel's parking is not free for the guests, and moreover there was no space for our car, even taking into consideration we informed the hotel in advance we will need it.
