Unfortunately a bit disappointed..
Posted 22 Sep 2024 on HotelsI was expecting a lot more from the property considering the amazing reviews but unfortunately the cleanliness fell short. The walls in the bedroom looked like they hadn’t been washed properly in a long time. We found a piece of candy under the bed. The rest was really clean but still, it’s not great. The staff however is extremely helpful and nice and when we gave them the word about the bedroom’s cleanliness they took it very seriously so I think it’s gonna get better.

Such a cute and peaceful property. When I booked I only saw pics of the room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the courtyard was. The outside of the building looks original and well maintained, while the inside looks like a brand new hotel room. I appreciated the games provided including giant chess, ladder golf, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Note that linens are not included but can be rented; and check in is from 15:00 to 17:00; so plan accordingly.

We understand that you never entered your room because you didn't receive the necessary information from us in due time. I hate to leave this review as the staff was extremely nice and helpful, but this property is hugely overpriced for what it is. The room was dark and beds very small. Only one, extremely dangerous looking plug socket for a room with four beds.
Everything is clean but very old and run down. Rooms are cold and bathrooms shared. This is probably good for school trips but not for business travels or adults coming to Odense for a holiday. I'm allergic to mold and woke up in the morning with a bad allergic reaction.

Altså alt i alt var det fint nok, men det var måske lidt dyrt at betale 600 kr pr. Overnatning for at sove på et værelse uden sengetøj samt eget toilet/bad. Og i på værelset var der meget dårlig isoleret, så i hjørner ligner det skimmelligne væskt. Og på det fælles toilet der var, var uden toiletpapir.

Vi har undersøgt værelset efter din feedback omkring fugt, og får det selvfølgelig fikset med det samme.Ift. toiletpapir er du altid velkommen til at ringe eller nævne det i receptionen så vil der blive fyldt op med det samme. Vi gør rent på fællestoiletterne og badene hver dag, og beklager meget hvis vi har glemt at fylde op med toiletpapir. Dette er selvfølgelig en meget beklagelig fejl fra vores side.Vi takker igen mange gange for din feedback, da det er den måde vi kan forbedre os på.
