The property is beautiful! Amazing location. Could’ve wished for a few more amenities like a pool and gym. Aside from that what was provided was amazing. Some areas of improvement included communication with guests. Parking was quite confusing and could’ve been cleaned up with a guest email or message to give us a heads up. We had to look it up on the website to clarify. I’m thankful the information on the website. I also had personal incident to work through and felt that the hosts were quite slow in assisting me with the urgent incident.

A modern and comfortable hotel with good location
We travel around Europe quite often and usually book modern hotels in big cities, as these offer good amenities, service and reliable room quality. This hotel is just one of those that also has an excellent location in the city center. It is within easy walking distance to all major sights. As we were on a driving holiday around Denmark, it was also very convenient to be able to park the car right below the hotel in their own garage and take the lift directly up to the room. The hotel is modern in style and maybe not that personal, but nice and spacious. When we visited Odense, it felt like there was quite a mix of people living in the hotel, but the reception gave the impression that they are primarily a business hotel for most of the year - something that i.a. was noticed on the serving of breakfast (which ends already at 9:30 on a weekday!) and which was ok but not excessively generous in its content. We were still satisfied on the whole and it was an unproblematic and pleasant stay in this very attractive and cozy city of Odense!

Der var støvet på værelset og knap nok vand i bruseren grundet kalk. pæren var sprunget i lampen på værelset. I baren var der en snobbet tone og meget sarkastiske svar på spørgsmål omkring deres udbud af vare. På spørgsmålet om de havde tysk mørk øl, var svaret: "så havde de jo nok stået fremme" bevares, jeg kan jo ikke se alle køleskabe bag baren. så vi valgte at støtte byens mere professionelle steder og afbestilte bordet i Odeons restaurant.
