Good breakfast, courtside room made the stay quiet. Everything clean but bathroom has seen better days. The room had a smell like it had not seen an open window for months, but otherwise everything was great - including the free coffee on arrival.

Room is spacious. Good coffee. Courteous staff.
Bed is too soft, not comfortable. Small step into the bathroom, got tripped multiple times.
