"What a pleasant surprise to find out I could just walk through airport into Haneda Garden and there was the hotel! The room was small and very adequate; it had everything I needed. The pajamas were beautiful but didn’t wear they were a little heavy I thought. If I had to do again I would certainly recommend. I should have included breakfast as I did go and have. I tried everything once; with the exchange I t was &19.36, I’d say quite a bargain and many options. I had miso soup and other ImJapanese options that were delish along with American scrambled eggs, sausage and delicious bacon I had never seen or had before. I was a happy camper for less than $200. Oh yes, I could not get over the toilet! I want to take that thing home with me… heated seat, wash your tooth, very efficient bidet…YES!"

"Quad rooms were perfect for 4 w ample space, very clean and organized. Breakfast buffet was fantastic w mix of western and Japanese food offerings. Appreciate the staff who were easy to communicate well in English, accommodating (except for 1 Caucasian member who was rather dismissive). Very zen-like atmosphere w nearby train stop. Would def recommend this place!"

"Service and amenities are impeccable, and it is a wonderful hotel at all levels. It is however unfortunate that prices DOUBLED in just 5-6 years. :-("
