Unfortunately, receptionist with thick Spanish accent was rude both times I called the hotel. She was worse when I tried to check in. My bathroom had an open part directly above the toilet which was dangerous. Cockroaches in the room. Toilet tissue & towels were scarce. Receptionist was the worst. NEVER COMING BACK.

Property was NOT clean. Room was dark, dingy, and smelled of smoke and mold. I fled moments after check in. Staff was not overly welcoming, but thankfully was understanding and gave me a refund for my stay.

Bugs in the shower, musky smell in hotel room. Bed was poor quality

If you like sharing a space with roaches this is the place to be. I checked in late around 8:30 i heard my daughter telling me she saw a bug but I didnt pay her no mind because we had to leave
Fastfoward to 1am when we got back to the room. There was roaches everywhere even the bed. I called the front and they said the hotel was completely booked. I checked out at 2am because i refused to share a room with roaches amd i was told i am unable to get a refund. Beware

I used to stay here for yearback when it was Red Roof and then OYO and right now it's even better! As usual, the hotel is very convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The manager has alway been very accomodating! Would recommend this place any day of the year!
