I like that it is in the town and everything is within reach.

There was no wifi available for 7 of the 8 days I spent there, no TV. Having paper towel would have been helpful. Bottled water instead of pipe water.

BEWARE....BATE AND SWITCH. The property's rooms are independently owned, like a condo. Burbank Vacations owned this room. They did a bait and switch put us in a different property all together due to "maintaince" which was at Turtle Towers. Apparently Burbank Vavations does the often according to the receptionist at Sand Castles. The room was roach infested, entrance door was broken so anyone could get in, the place smelled and was dingy, the sheeting was old and dingy. Did not stay and when called Expedia they did not refund money because it was an independent property. Expedia did call Burbank but they refused to give me a refund.

The staff at this hotel is very unhelpful and I had a 2 hour wait to be checked in. They couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't make an effort to find me a room. I finally begged for my money back ans only then the found room for me.
The hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to waterfalls and steps feom the beach. Walking distance to good food as well.
