Apartment was not available. Guest was still in the apartment for 2 days of my 3 days stay. Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. Management and front desk receptiontionist were hospitable and tried to accommodate me in getting ready for the occasion by offering an area for me to get dressed. I needed more so I had to rent another room from another private owner within the same hotel. I later discovered what I suspected that there was no leak and the room was rented fraudulently to another person. This room is one of the private owned rooms . Shame on the caretaker, there was no leak , just lies. I contacted Expedia and they tried to contact her and could not reach her as she had already hung up her phone on me and turned her phone off. Of all my trips to this hotel , this is my only bad experience. I would like my refund, thanks

Thank you for your review however let’s get something straight. You were given the opportunity to cancel the reservation that you decline. You went to an up grade apartment. That you loved we asked you to come back next day to the apartment at 3 pm where we could deal with the issue of the apartment. You decided to be rude and started to to argue with the receptionist. While on the phone you was being Abusive that is totally unacceptable.

I never got to stay as I show up after traveling from New Jersey, then a almost 2 hour ride . Got to the property and I was told that the owner had to send a code that was at 3pm and they can’t get in touch with her .sit my grand daughter who this was supposed to be her birthday trip , till 6.30 when she respond and told them that the property won’t be ready till the next day , so I get on the phone and told her it was unacceptable as I have no where to go she want to send me to some place that I know for a fact that wasn’t safe she told me let Expedia deal with it and hand up the phone . At that point I was told I have to leave the property, was very upset and the kind front desk person said it ok he will wait till I contact Expedia which I did I don’t leave or get a place to stay till 8.30 that night

We explained that their was a leak coming from the above apartment you stated that you didn't want to be moved from Sandcastles. You also spoke to the manager whom told me that you was so rude that she couldn't help you further more we explained that Expedia policy is to relocate you which they did to Fisherman's point where you checked in a cause issues there. Please when writing your review please state exactly what happened. Have a bless day.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing, AC apartment, warm showers and cable tv for indoors comfort.

A bit surprised half the windows didn't have glass - only wooden slats that are looking a bit tired. No proper curtains either - only mesh blinds, so up with the sunrise... not quite what i expected at that price.

Thank you for your review please note that is the design of the complex as you would have notice the other 280 units. Please note as owners we have complaint ourselves about replacing wooden slats only to be told no by the strata commissioner. Backward laws I agree but since I only own one unit. I Cannot go and change all the designs when 279 units doesn't belong to me. However glad you enjoyed your stay.
