Night time entertainment was great! My housekeeper Patricia was superb. The food however needs more variety, after day 2 I was already tired of eating the same stuff. Maybe consider doing theme nights in the main restaurant.

Wasn’t able to eat at any other restaurants but only st.ann because if the reservations. The rooms outlets wasn’t working but only one.

Staff was very rude especially if you’re a local,while not all staff was,with the exception of a few good ones I must say thanks to the front desk staffs who checked us in they were very professional and helpful,Fitzroy was good from dinning room,Lamar was also good when he work at the pool bar,for the rest I can’t say the same,leave my hat in the room when I checked out call back and have someone visited the property and some how they said they couldn’t find my hat it was shocking,went to get food from the restaurant by the pool before 5pm ask for a particular meal to my surprise the chef said it’s finish and what him can do about it with an attitude visited this property during Covid and the staff was just as rude disappointed very much think this it for me with this property can’t be spending my hard earn money to be treated by your own people like a nobody when you could’ve travel some other country on be treated way better and with a little decency.
