"The beds are very comfortable and clean only thing is the hallway outside the elevator on 5th floor looked.grungy. My.room 520 disnt have a phone in it to front desk. I had a.question and had to get dress and go downstairs when it could of been avoided. "

"I was evacuating my home in LA due to the fires. The hotel was affordable and a safe place to escape with my fur babies on short notice. The manager made an exception to their pet policy for me which they will never know how much this meant to me. I was scared and had no where else to go. Waking up this morning I did not know if I had a home any longer. Luckily, i did. I’ll forever be grateful to the staff and management here! The place was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. I’ll definitely be back. Hopefully under more fun circumstances! "
