Property was very old in need of update
Parking lot seemed unsafe, lots of traffic on Saturday night in the parking lot.
Carpets dirty
Very limited towels

the room was clean, the location was ok, we stayed during the weekend, we still had to drive 30 mins to downtown, but we rented a car so it was ok, service was average, nothing special about it.

Stinky room, bathroom exhaust fan did not work.
Card reader did not work for the elevator

Having to make a cash deposit for a stay over 3 nights was very annoying and inconvenient.
The location is great and there was ample parking. The drive to the beach was short and easy. If I ever come back, I'll do a shorter stay so I won't have to pay a cash deposit.
