I was disappointed that when i was checking in they told me i couldn't access the balcony because it was unsafe. I asked for a room with a view & a balcony for a reason. THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT..........

Francine, I'm sorry you didn't get to use the balcony during your stay with us. Unfortunately, ALL of our balconies are close for renovations. We hope that you will visit us again once the renovations are completed.

Felt very welcome. Staff was exceptional! Nice clean rooms. Amenities were awesome. Looking forward to next stay.

The room was decent, the night stand was dirty, still had toe nails on it but other then that it wasnt bad staff was nice and friendly too
