No towels or washcloths in room, one coffee mug (hotel out of sugar) one drinking glass, most things in disrepair, no restaraunt, no coffee in lobby, archaic tube tv in living room area, fake non-heating fireplace, ...

The Room was dusty, there was spots on the floor, damaged furniture, bed bugs, broken tiles in the entry way, the aquarium was dirty, a couple fish had barnacles growing on them, and no breakfast. This use to be a great hotel but after Covid, it took a nose dive.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, but just very outdated, and beds were only okay comfort wise. But overall a good stay!

Great location but dated furnishings. There was a long hair on the wall of the shower and is why I gave it a low cleanliness score. There was a TV from the last century on the dining area that needs to be updated.

In our room, there was .old in the bathroom around the bath tub. The factbthat there was only 1 coffee cup was onconvient, as there were 2 of us. The room itself is older and in need of some major TLC. I remember the Shilo back in its glory days...
