Wasn’t the cleanest of hotels and there were tears in the couch cushions with stuffing coming out.

Even in the height of summer an inside pool/ hot tub is where you want to be when you go to the coast and this place has a good one. Great breakfast as well.

Property is old, rooms are remodeled, however, they still look dirty and outdated. Conveniently located next to beach entrances.

Difficult to evaluate any of these categories as the hotel was closed when we arrived due to a fire. Ended up going elsewhere.
