Motel was a great location for us with friends staying in a house nearby. Easy access, great cafe next door, walk to jetty to fish or golf course. Room tidy & clean.

The conditions of the room doesn't match the price
Posted 10 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe toilet door often opens itself, and the toilet exhaust fan is broken, and even no floor towel in the toilet.
The air conditioning is very noisy ,but if you do not open it, it is cold when you sleep. I mean the covers are a little thin and there's no spare blanket.
There are two mats on the carpet in the room, they often trip people.

It's a real shame you did not come to reception during your stay as we would have been able to assist you. Unlike rental houses where you only have email or a phone number we have a manned reception and can attended to issue immediatelyYou can find a spare blanket in every room in the wardrobe drawer.Your room actually has 2 heaters, a fantastic panel heater right next to the bed. I would have been more than happy to explain how it works. Every room is provided with ample towels and a bathmat which may have been mistaken for a hand towel, once again I could have provided another towel if needed.

The room was very clean and the lady that runs the property was lovely and welcoming the gardens where keeped really nice I would definitely stay there again. The only problem with Ocean Grove is the take away shops the food was terrible

Great for a couple of nights. Clean and tidy. The heater was great as it was a freezing night and we were nice and warm. Would recommend for a budget friendly option close to everything in Ocean Grove.
