Ocean View Inn overall was a nice place to stay. However, check-in, breakfast and ice were all across the street at their sister property - not terribly convenient.
The room was small but pleasant with a good sized bathroom. Beware though! If you have limited mobility, think twice before booking. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up a long, very steep staircase to the 2nd floor. Then two more short staircases to the 3rd floor. I booked through Expedia so I didn’t know which floor our room was on. If I were to book again, I would call the property directly.
My bed was fine but my mother said her bed was uncomfortable. Also, the wall right next to her bed was quite hot. And all night I could hear a beeping sound.
Our host was helpful and pleasant and there’s a cute sitting room on the first floor. It’s also a 2-minute walk to the beach and only five or six minutes walking time to downtown. For the room we got and its location on the 3rd floor, it was a moderate value for the money. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

My wife & I celebrated our wedding anniversary and our experience was great! The staff was so nice and welcoming! Our room was clean and quaint. Check-in was easy and quick everyone around was so friendly, I definitely would reccomend and come back!

The pace is cute, clean and staff friendly but they had renovations going on very loudly every day I was there.

The decor was so charming, the breakfast has a wide variety to choose from. And you are only a block from the beach. And walking distance to the stone poney summer stage. I really enjoyedy my stay.
