A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great.
The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops.
No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!

Was a great stay.....until check-out Day.....but Steve was amazing at making me feel better about an unexpected situation and we appreciate all his apologies and outstanding customer service! Thank you Steve!

Awesome experience. Staff was very polite. Only downside was the construction so we weren’t able to use the indoor pool/hot tub. We will be back!

Great vacation!
Posted 6 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis was a great vacation! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for us, having plenty of room and a great view. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
The parking was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and neat and the beds were comfy! Thank you , Peppertree for a great stay!
