"Everything went well except one thing. When coming in, I asked for the top floor not to hear people walking above me as I have in the past. I was put on the sixth floor, which I thought was the top floor at the time, but it wasn’t. What I didn’t want to happen happened. We heard people walking up and down in their room above us. It was annoying, but other than that everything was fine."

"I beleive the front desk persons name was Walt. Walt was so enthusiastic in welcoming us and in greeting us everyday that it made us feel special. It wasn't only us that Walt engaged with, it was everyone. At breakfast he would purpose calling guests by there names and saying good morning. The world needs more people like Walt. Because of Walt's, attitude, professionalism, and kindness, I would stay here again. Please let Walt know he is making a difference in the world. Thank you."
