It would have been better if we weren’t on the 1st floor so we could see the ocean from the room otherwise it was great

The property had the smell of mold throughout. There were holes that were plugged up with toilet paper. As I am a disabled person I asked for a room on the bottom floor, and was given a room on the third floor, which meet my walking almost impossible.

Mr. Diaz, there were no notes or requests anywhere in your reservation about needing a first floor room. Secondly, you reserved an oceanfront room, which is second and third floors because ground floor isn't oceanfront. Tv would freeze up
Didnt have all the channels everyday
Had to go to the front office everyday about the tv eantrd to put us in another room that smelled really bad and the tv only had 20 channels

We apologize for the issues with the cable TV, Comcast was doing upgrades in Ocean City and it affected the entire area, not just our motel. Thank you for staying with us!

The property is ocean front which was amazing! It also has excellent proximity to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. That being said the property is not well maintained and is showing its age with multiple areas beyond repair. The room had a very powerful musty odour and visible mold on surfaces in the bathroom as well as lamp shades. Unfortunately I cannot recommend as I believe staying there is a health hazard. The pictures of the property do not reflect the actual state of the property and are very deceiving.

The location is amazing, the staff accommodating and accessible. My first time at Seabonay in Ocean City, Maryland. It will not be my last.
