We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful, The laundry and coffee machine were life savers. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was great with a lovely view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

I was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. They would not admit their mistake at first, i had to go back and forth with the manager, and then she finally apologized after me pointing out that there was no apology or concern for my inconvenience they caused, just poor service and no respect. The mattress was hard as stone, I woke up with sore shoulder's and hips. We had to go out and buy a new fluffy comforter to sleep on top of. The balcony railing was chipped along the entire balcony. Just terrible place, never again.

You spoke to me and our front desk supervisor in regards to this matter who advised you that you were seeing was not a charge. It was an authorization caused by a computer glitch that was out of our control. We apologized multiple times. We offered to move you to a room with an upgraded mattress which you declined. Our stay was great! Unfortunately though there was ants crawling on the table and the bed. It would have been nice to have a Roku TV for an upgrade but otherwise it was very peaceful and the staff was amazing!. The beds were made daily and provided toiletries daily!

When you got off the elevator you smell cleanliness the staff are excellent
