- Great location, right on the beach, easy check in when you arrive after hours.
- My one hangup, was lack of communication. Long story short, booked the place in advance, received an email a day before check-in stating I would have to move unit/room the second night. I never got confirmation of what unit i would have to move to, and had to be the one to go to the office to inquire about it, which then found out I didnt need to. Just wish i got an email, text, or call saying it was no longer a move that had to happen, especially since i didn't want to venture far, because I wasn't sure what time the unit change was going to need to happen.
- Other than that, no complaints. Great location. Bars, restaurants, bus stop right there and convenient.
- Side note, parking garage for property is not high enough for a full size truck. (I believe its 6'8" clearance).

Hi Jami, thank you for your feedback!During the phone confirmation and email communication at the time of booking, it was explained that the property is a timeshare and at times, guests may need to move units. However, efforts were made to ensure that there was no need to change units in this particular case. Additionally, the property offers oversized parking in the bottom parking garage to accommodate full-size trucks. We hope to see you again soon!

Nice place with Beach access.
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsThis is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting in the future

Would stay again
Posted 27 Mar 2023 on HotelsHouse keeping needs some retraining mainly on floors im not gonna puck it apart (i own a cleaning company). But office staff was great location was great. Linens were clean and there was a little extra which was nice. Could have used a starter coffee pack

Great location on beach. Nice amenities. Might want to update/clarify amenities included in rental. Only toiletries provided was bar soap. Provided towels but no washclothes. No hairdryer in unit as stated. Overall, very enjoyable.
