Right on the boardwalk, walking distance to anything you could need, friendly staff, poolside bar with live acoustic music. Be mindful that this is an older hotel with some cosmetic updates so there are some things that are offputting. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything, floors creak badly so you can hear every movement from the room above. There is a musty smell and carpet feels damp in the room, I could not stand to be barefoot in there.

I love the staff, they were very attentive but the hotel itself needs upgrading. The room floor needs renovation. Convenient location to the attractions, especially with kids.

Very convenient to the best part of the boardwalk. Music at the pool bar was very good. Bathroom was a little small but not a big deal to us.

Our first time staying at the hotel and we had an overall great experience! Staff was friendly, pool/bar was a blast and right on the boardwalk! Ourdoor seating is an amazing bonus. The rooms are on the smaller side and decor is dated BUT the mattress and pillows were very comfortable! Also, fridge and microwave were provided and worked well. We stayed on the 5th floor and the AC worked great and shower water got hot. Will definitely be back.

Room for most part Clean, but the rug obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. Our feet and socks got very dirty when walking on it. Flies in the room was an issue but staff did spray the room when we asked. we had a good stay and would stay again.
