The property and rooms are very clean. Staff was very nice and informative. The hotel is close to everything you could need and they have a wonderful italian restaurant inside the hotel!

Check-in was easy but as soon as we stepped off the elevator, it was not good. The hallways were dark and dingy with an overwhelming odor. Our room was clean but extremely musty. The AC didn’t work at all.

It’s clean (very important) love having restaurant on property but need better dining hours … also really enjoyed the fire pit !!

Property was fine. When we got to the property early (before check in at 4) we were told we could check in early that we would be in Q. No txt. Called around 2. Never placed on a list. They took more info. Again txt when ready. 4 pm regular check in. Went to desk. Checked in and staff did not have my info again. Email etc. She then handed me my room key. She was not friendly at all. No welcome, no what are amenities where, about their on site restaurant, check out time, indoor pool, etc. I had to ask if our transaction was done so we could walk away. She said yea. Got to our room....key did not work. Went back down to check in desk.....felt like it was a problem we were there. Took our card ...... picked up another scanned it and handed us another....no sorrys, no please enjoy your stay. My husband and i were very unhappy.
