The Parking garage makes it convenient to park our vehicle and enter through a door to the hotel. We always feel safe and secure, upon entering the hotel with our room card.We notice that the air always smells so nice and clean upon entering the hotel. Not musty, or stale smelling like alot of hotels do. We always get the ocean front room, and upon entering the room, we're always happy to smell that same clean air, and to find everything is cleaned to perfection. Great job cleaning staff. The balcony is just amazing and it's so relaxing to hear the waves crashing. Our check in process was super easy and the front desk woman was very pleasant and we received our bottled water and amazing cookies. After another great trip to Ocean City Maryland, our check out process was so quick and once again, the front desk workers were amazing. We're looking forward to our trip next year. I stayed at the Doubletree in OC Maryland for 2 nights. The room was clean, and the facility was convenient for my needs. However, the morning I was checking out, there was a roach in the kitchen area sink. I quickly took care of it and when I checked out, the front desk rep responded, "I'll have pest control attend to the room". I was offered no compensation or bonus points for the incident.

We had no internet the whole time and the maid cleaned and left dirty pillows.

Property located in good location with many shops. However, overall property could be cleaner with a more accommodating staff.
