We wanted a high floor to have a cool balcony view. They put us on the 4th floor and I asked at check in if we could be in the tower. They said since we booked through Expedia we couldn’t. Ok. We stayed in October so it was not in season…I picked then specifically so it wouldn’t be packed. The ice rink was shut down for cleaning - again out of season so I wasn’t super shocked but it might have been nice to know as that’s their big draw. The entire place smells like a fryer being cleaned including inside the room. The pool was nice. And the little outdoor space for the kids was awesome.

Property was good for the amount of time we stayed. The room wasnt very clean, we found food under the nightstands, and around the bed. But good location/area.
