Wow!!! HUGHLY recommend this property. Renovated property, very convenient as close to I-75, secured and safe environment. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great customer service, super accommodating and polite. Checkin and checkout was smooth. They serve light breakfast in the morning. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Dirty ripped towels, dirty stained sheets, comforter had blood stains. The hallways smelled like someone was smoking joints 24/7. Complained to management with pictures of the disgusting room, nothing was done. Broken bottles in the parking lot, giant dumpster taking up the back parking with trash all around, broken fences between it and another hotel. STEER CLEAR IF YOU WANT A SAFE CLEAN HOTEL!!! I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Our housekeeping log confirmed that your room was cleaned thoroughly, and our staff carefully checked all linens and towels, documenting their condition. We found no stains or issues in your room or the hallways. Since no problems were reported after your check in and during your stay, we were unable to assist you in real-time. We strive to address any concerns immediately when they are brought to our attention. Our parking areas, are cleaned daily. The dumpster secured in the back corner is for construction debris from the ongoing pool renovation. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you a better experience in future.

One legged man, 2nd floor room, no grab bar in shower, tp holder broken and dangerous, moldy tile in tub, no non skid on floors, in tub or anywhere although slippery when wet signs everywhere. If we didn’t have to stay due to hurricane we wouldn’t have stayed. Internet down large portion of time. Breakfast, what an over ripe banana, a pack of crumbly muffins and expired oj. I’ve had better breakfasts after a college drunk vending machine raid…

After reviewing your reservation, it was for standard two queen bed rooms, not an accessible room, and there was no request for a downstairs room noted. Unfortunately, due to hurricane, we only had that last room booked available on the upper floor due to full occupancy. Regarding breakfast, we confirmed that the juice expires in December 2024, and as mentioned, we offer a light grab-and-go breakfast. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

Needed better hot water. And cable TV didn't work.

The room was a little dirty in places and the property was tucked back in a wierd spot behind a gas station without good signs pointing to the driveway
