Room was ready when we checked it. Check in process was efficient and personal was polite. Room was clean and stocked with basic amenities (we had a suite, with a kitchenette)

The staff were the best part of this lovely facility. They were engaging, competent, and each extended practical offers to help us at different times. The company should be proud of them.
The rooms and beds were comfortable and the decor was just lovely.

Quick check in. The room was average. Nice to have fhs refrigerator, stove etc. But the cleanliness was not all the way there. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the towels didn't look like they were clean. They didn't put a new roll of tissue in the bathroom. They folded and stamped the little bit the previous family left.
