Disappointing Stay—Not as Advertised
Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the positive reviews we saw online. The room was much smaller than expected, making it a tight fit for four people. We were also shocked to find ants coming out of the sink.
Our sleep was interrupted by bug bites that left itchy, swollen bruises. The most alarming moment came when the receptionist unlocked and entered our room at midnight. Although they apologized later, it was an extremely unsettling experience.
Noise was another issue; all night, we heard screaming and arguments from people outside or in nearby rooms, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.
The breakfast was very underwhelming, offering only prepackaged egg-and-cheese sandwiches, small cereal packets, and limited fruit.
On a positive note, the morning receptionist was understanding and helped us cancel our second night.
