For the first night, rooms have to change three times for reason of leaking air conditioners, untidy rooms or bed sheet. The room we eventually used had no light in the bath room and air conditioner was not working.
For the two nights we spent there, exactly the same food was served as breakfast.

The staff were on point. Prince, the receptionist was very professional and helped me out with a date change. He was quick to help out and very polite and friendly. Th hotel is magnificent and very relaxing.
