Location is far from city, does not have access to beach , but they have a shuttle to the beach snd to the golf.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is fine. They can't help it if it's foggy for three days and you can't see the sea from your ocean front room.
The food in the buffet restaurant is excellent. The theme changes nightly and everything is very fresh.
But... there were a LOT of babies is residence - I've never been in a place with so many outside a post-natal clinic - and the "music" does irritate when it goes on and on, past 9pm while dining.
The pool is VERY chlorinated. There is no access to the beach - just a half-hourly shuttle to A beach, which can best be described as a facility free zone. There's a lifeguard and that's it. Not even toilets.
Staff were universally helpful, friendly and polite.

Our live music is part of our effort to create a lively atmosphere for our guests, though we regret any inconvenience it may have caused during your dining experience.We monitor our pool's chlorine levels daily to ensure safety, but we will certainly review your comments. As for the beach access, this year, due to cliff instability, the direct path is unavailable. However, our shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, providing access to a beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a nearby bathroom, mini-market, and Maré restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The only issue was that there was no direct access to the beach and had to take a shuttle.
Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt was okay. Breakfast somewhat chaotic and adequate. Outside pool cold but indoor health spa was fantastic.
Kids club disappointing esp as you have to pay if you want your child to lay there without a parent being present.
