My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. "Fantastic place to stay! Great price walkable to Zeil, clubs, bars, shopping. Will stay again in the future and also recomend. Minor complaint due to noise but thats because of how close you are to downtown, it busy. Staffing and service was easy and understandable. Will retain a 5 star for me!"

"This is one of the best apartment hotels in Frankfurt. Very close to messe. Decor is very nice. Very clean. Staff speak very good English and are so helpful. It is also very quiet and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend to all. "

"A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there. "The hotel is next to the terminal building so that one can walk, even with roller suitcases, over to the check-in. The room was very comfortable and quiet. However, it was challenging to reach the hotel with our rental car. Because of ongoing construction, that didn't work out, even with detailed instructions by phone from the front desk. Instead, we dropped off the car at the airport and then walked to the hotel, which was straightforward. So, if coming by rental car, drop off the car first in Terminal 1 and then walk to the hotel!!"

Nice place but hard to get to

"The stay was excellent, once I arrived. My only issue was that it took forever to get the shuttle to the location and that I was not told in advance that, though the shuttle to the hotel was free, it was six Euros to get back to the airport on it."
