It was okay

The front desk insisted that we owed 80 pesos even though it had alll been paid before we got there. After much back and forth brtween hotels.com and the front desk, they squared it away with them and told them it was all paid for. The hotel is often locked and you need to wait for someone to come open it.

It was terrible as a property but what's worse is Expedia charges twice the actual property rate.

Worst place ever!!!! First they never told the only way I can stay is by bringing only cash just when I arrived and they make me to go a get cash and paid they plus they dont have hot water is the shower, no cable just regular TV and they dont have Air condition!!!! Never get that place!!!

La habitación no es nada parecido a lo que vimos en internet. Cuando le dijimos esto a la señorita(muy amable) nos comentó que las otras habitaciones tenían un costo mas elevado. Lo que me pareció mal es que esas son las habitaciones que muestran en internet y al llegar ahi te dan otra mas pequeña con muebles mas viejos. También tuvimos un problema con el papel higiénico ya que no habían dejado ese día un rollo nuevo y se termino el que teníamos y al momento de pedir otro querían cobrarnolo lo cual me pareció absurdo, si pagas por una habitación esta deberían incluir todo lo que necesitas.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities and cleanliness were exceptional. I used this hotel twice during my stay in two different rooms and it was perfect for my personal needs... It's a little out the way, which is great in my opinion because it's quiet!

No respetan las reservaciones, pésimo el internet, no daba alcance a la habitación, vi a una persona trabajando en su lap a un lado de la recepción lugar maximo de alcance. Los focos no encendieron todos, El agua de la regadera de verdadera RISA DE TRES ORIFICIOS BROTABA EL AGUA, no había agua caliente. Definitivamente NO VOLVERÍA A HOSPEDARME Y MUCHO MENOS RECOMENDARLO!
