I enjoyed the hotel for the 10 days that my family and I stayed there. They had more than enough staff for help and they always provided good service at the pool. The rooms are comfortable but a little outdated. This is a perfect hotel if you are in a budget and you want to experience with the locals. They also have a shuttle that runs from 12 pm until 9 pm which is a plus. The food could be improved a little and dishes are a little pricey. Overall, I do recommend the hotel.

This property’s food was delish. It was in a safe, quiet area, far enough yet close to the city. Founds some unique restaurants, pharmacy and massage 💆 laces near by. The big down side was the pool was under construction and there were bugs (gecko, maybe a roach) and mold in bathroom. Sadly

The hotel did not honor my reservation, I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia. Expedia thankfully found another hotel nearby, but I missed time at the dance conference where I paid additional for classes. After traveling from another country to Mexico, waiting through customs for the rental car and driving 40 minutes to hotel it was overall a bad experience I’ve never had before with a confirmed reservation.

I couldn't go. I contacted them for a refund, but said it was outside the timeframe. It said I had till the 21st. I tried to cancel about 9pm that night. They said the deadline was 12am on the 21st. So basically, its not the 21st, it was the 20th. I contacted Hotels.com and still don't have any word from them about the refund. That was 4 days ago. Completely unacceptable. I've lost faith in Hotels.com and will not use them again

El lugar y la zona esta bonito. Pero me pasaron dos cosas. Una es que no hiceron la limpieza de una de mis habitaciones y para compensar me ofrecieron un desyuno gratis. Opcion que no tome. Y la otra fue que no me quicieron facturar 3 habitadiones por dos noches que pot haberla pagado por expedia. Es la primera vez que un hotel me sale con ese pretexto. Muy mal la administracion y no pienso volver. Si necesitan facturar les recomiendo que no vayan
