Excellent property. Most of the staff was friendly. Pool was very big. A bit cold when you jump in, but you get used to it, especially on hot days, which are often. Looking forward to coming back!

The hotel definitely needs a renovation. The beds are hard and the bathrooms are old. One of our rooms definitely smell like sewer. The restaurant and grounds are very good and the service since to be on top of everything

Great old school Hotel sure it’s older but beautiful property staff was great. Pool was nice not too far from the central. They always have a taxi waiting there for you to go or you can walk probably your 10 or 15 minute walk-through Oaxaca.

We stayed here 5 times over the winter. We love this place. Super comfortable and a half way point from Puebla to Zipolite. Thank you for a great stay! We’ll be back.

It’s a good place for the price you pay. Amenities are ok. Bathrooms need a lot of maintenance. Cleaning service not the best. Overall I’d rate it a 7.5.

Hotel Victoria is off to the corner. It is a very big property and it has a lot to offer on site but there is nothing really near it. However, downtown is about a simple walk but it's about 20 minutes. Everything is in downtown. But if you want something quick like a convenience store or a quick eat there are no options nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights, NO INTERNET the entire stay, this was an inconceivable to us since both my husband and I work remotely. The staff did not seemed to care you needed access to the internet. We asked if there was somewhere we could go and use internet nearby and they said they did not know of any. We had to wait exactly until 3pm to check in(which is fine), but restroom was dirty (shower had dirt inside), small spiders crawling outside the shower, hotel needs updating. Would not recommend!
