Everything was great the staff is awesome the only thing is for the bathroom they should have a curtain when getting out of the shower .. other than that is walkable for everything don’t need a car

This was a lovely property with attentive and hospitable staff. We had not realized that private parking is not available after 10 pm, but were able to easily find street spots.

Liked the hotel. Didn't liked getting ripped off.

Really liked the hotel and staff. Everybody was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. We had a problem though of coming back to find a very expensive bottle of mezcal had disappeared. Also, my friend checked out a few hours after I did and wasn't given the deposit back. I inquired as to why and was never answered. I'm planning on many future trips to Oaxaca but it seems unlikely we'll stay here again.

Good afternoon, nice to greet you, we appreciate your valuable comment and at the same time clarify, when the cleaning colleagues came in to check, they did not find any bottle (I mentioned that the staff already have several years of work), what they did forget was a thermos and his companion returned and we had it in safekeeping, regarding his deposit on the day of his departure, which was very early, he told the receptionist that the deposit was left as a tip for the cleaning and reception staff, clarifying that a private message was sent to him through the application chat when you asked about this topic, please if this was a misunderstanding let us know, and provide us with your information for your refund.

Liked this place however nasty sewer smell inside room ruined my stay
