This really is a hidden gem surrounded by great little restaurants, Cafes, shops and is about a 20min walk to the zocalo. The staff was awesome and always available and knowledgeable of the area. I’ll be staying here again in the near future.

Really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights,breakfast every morning was superb and different each morning.Basic room but a very comfy bed and nice and quiet and close to ADO bus station. 10/10

Genuine Oaxaca Experience. Great comfort and cleanliness, with a super friendly and helpful staff, great small restaurant with local cooking on-site for wonderful breakfasts (included in cost), while offering an experience of life typical to how the locals live. Having lived in Oaxaca for 8 years some time ago, I would highly recommend this hotel as a convenient base for truly experiencing the city beyond what the typical tourist might. It was a great, nostalgic, and satisfying return visit to a place I love.

Just perfect
Posted 20 Apr 2024 on HotelsCasa lidia was perfect for our stay. It was a short walk into Centro in a really cute area. We were so comfortable in our room and slept really well. The hosts were very helpful and the daily breakfast was delicious! I had eggs with chorizo each day and it was yum!!

It was in a beautiful neighborhood with all the beautiful art on the walls . Safe, clean , and very quiet . 15 from downtown and 20 walking not bad . We walked everywhere, breakfast is different everyday and delicious.
