Well, the location is a bit far from everything, you need to walk about 14min to get to this little place with a few options to eat. If you want a mall or even to get to the GO transit station you're looking at over 20min walking. We had a car so it was fine to move around, but keep that distance in mind.
The room was good, staff was nice and polite. However, the corridors were a bit dirty. I noticed a piece of paper on the floor and it remained there for 4 or 5 days.
The breakfast was included, so a good point there. It was simple but good.
Parking spaces were always available and it's free, even during Christmas, so that was good, too!
Overall, it's a good option but only if you're driving.
