Arrived at the accommodation after an 11-hour flight and lots of other travelling only to arrive and not be able to get into the property, we then called the property and were told that we had been moved to a different property as they had double booked the accommodation yet I had not been informed of this showing poor communication skills. We then walked to the other property (about 10-15 minutes away). The other property was OK, however, the bathroom and the dishes were not really clean and the entrance to the property was at the back of the building so we had to walk down a narrow alley where all the bins were kept every time we entered/left the property. The building manager was nice and helpful throughout though the situation was very stressful especially after such a long day.

It was toublesome form the start. Somehow my reservation was overlooked and we couldn't stay the first night I reserved. Then we had to wait to be let in. The handyman let us in but didn't tell us much, in fact we had to call him after he left to get the code for the lock. The blankets were wet, like they'd been taken out of the dryer too soon. We didn't know how to work the many remotes for the TVs. The space it's self was nice and it is centrally located. It has an especially nice outdoor deck space.

As our manager does not reside onsite, our check-in instructions clearly state that you must contact the building manager prior to arrival to arrange a time to meet at the property. It is essential that prior contact is made to avoid delays, as you experienced, at check-in. Our maintenance man does not typically perform check-ins but did his best to accommodate you and provide you with quick access, in this instance. Reservation had been cancelled due to non-payment but we did our very best to accommodate you during your stay.
