We were given a room for disabled guest, after being told by front desk staff on arrival that the room suite with a tub I booked way not available and it was Expedia’s fault for over booking me. The bathroom shower for disabled was disgusting, black mold or mildew with peeling caulk and vinyl molding, brown stains running down the wallpaper. Bathroom looked dirty and in desperate need of maintenance attention and repairs. The entire closet door to the suite was missing etc.
