Expedia took addition money from after i paid the cancelation fee that was asked of me and now blame the hotel which they have no controll over mynpayment. I did not go through the hotel so how or why would they be able to charge me anything. Been calling and the phone mysteriously hung up and now i can not reach anyone. Ringing with no answers or busy tone. I will be reporting this to corporate and BBB.

Room was nice and functional. Appreciated a fair sized fridge. Bed comfortable
Relatively minor annoyance's:
At check in would have been easier to come in the main doors or given clear directions to the back door. We wandered around a while.
TV was ok except the video will fade totally out many times. Figured out a hack but a hassle.
I kept trying to fathom why we had to put a key card in a device to allow the lights to come on.

Kristina was very professional she is very knowledgeable about the area.
My only complaint was that the hotel quit serving breakfast before 10:00 am

Very clean , safe, and quiet spot . Love that it is per friendly ! Rooms were very nice and comfortable . Free breakfast was a plus . Would stay here again .
