The staff here goes out of their way to help. When one service wasn’t available (no shuttle driver for the shuttle van from the rental car return to the hotel), rather than make me wait, they sent a free Uber to bring me back to the hotel in 5 minutes. I felt valued. Clean. Free Breakfast before my morning flight. Great location just 3 minutes to the Oakland airport. I’ll come back to Holiday Inn Express again.

There was no room services and when asked they advise us that we had to tell one day in advance for cling the room. There were no hand soap in the bathroom or no water provided.
When asked why no room services manger lied to us that no one does in Oakland yet my family staying at Marina had room services every day. Very dishonest.
I do not recommend this facility. May be they should name as Bates Motel.

I have never paid on Expedia.com and pay another money before checking in and I don’t have enough in my account, have to call someone to transfer some money to me. That’s horrible, I’m still waiting for my refund.
