Charged me $30 for the ice bucket. I called and told them what room it was left in (I was in 111, but it was left in 104). Spoke to two people who promised a manager would call me back..NEVER DID! Charge is still on my bill! Don’t trust these people!! AC was broken, drug addicts walking into the premises…ALL BAD!!
